The Phased-Waveform Beacon is a ship device that calls in Hur'q reinforcements. It is a mission reward from “Home”. It is possibly related to the Hur'q Signalling Device.
It can only be activated while in combat, with a 5 minute recharge time. It activates a 2 minute shared cooldown on Fleet Support, and other reinforcement beacons.
Note: The summoned ships remain for 45 seconds, although the tooltips do not reflect this.
