The Orion Observer is an Orion found at New Khitomer in 2769.

- “Time and Tide”: The Orion Observer is one of the representatives to the signing of the Temporal Accords. If the player speaks to her in the main hall, she brings up Ancient Earth History, reciting a quotation regarding Alexander The Great.

- It is currently unknown if, despite the in-game faction, the Orions - or any of the other member-races of the Empire - joined the Federation when the Klingons did.
