Inspired by the 23rd century Daedalus-class vessel, the Nautilus-class packs a tactical punch for a science vessel. Starfleet incorporated several new systems on the Nautilus, many of which involved nanotechnology developed in conjunction with the Borg Cooperative.
This vessel comes with the Nautilus-class costume and it enables the discount for purchasing its fleet variant. It can utilize the Temporal Operative bridge officer powers and other abilities described below.

Universal Console[edit | edit source]
The Nautilus Class Temporal Science Vessel comes equipped with the Console - Universal - Nanoprobe Containment Module.
Molecular Reconstruction[edit source]
Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of 3 different Configurations: Defensive, Offensive and Support.
- Defensive Configuration: +Max Shield Power, +Incoming Hull Healing, -Turn, -Flight Speed
- Offensive Configuration: +Max Engine Power, +Turn, +Flight Speed, -Incoming Hull Healing
- Support Configuration: +Max Auxiliary Power, +Exotic Damage, +Control Strength, -Energy Weapon Damage
Each of the configurations generates its own specific counter, which is then used to fuel the Molecular Deconstruction Beam.
- Molecular Deconstruction Beam: Scaling Physical DoT, Heals Hull, Disable.
Sensor Analysis[edit source]
Sensor Analysis is an active toggle ability. While maintaining a Sensor Lock on a target, the player gains a stacking effect that either improves the damage and power drain against an enemy, or improves any heal directed towards an ally. This effect stacks every 3 seconds, to a maximum of 6 stacks after 18 continuous seconds. To maintain the desired effect, the player must hold the sensor lock.
Subsystem Targeting[edit source]
The Nautilus Temporal Science Vessel comes with built-in Subsystem Targeting abilities. These built-in abilities stay at Rank I and do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Science starships. They are separate from Subsystem Targeting abilities gained through Tactical Space Bridge officer abilities.

Activating a subsystem targeting ability will upgrade all energy weapons to inflict a stacking power drain on the foe's targeted subsystem for the next 10 seconds. They will also have a small chance to knock the targeted subsystem offline for a short duration.
