Nanoenergy Cell - Kinetic Capacitor is a craftable ground device that is used to supplement the abilities of Jem'Hadar weapons. Jem'Hadar Nanoenergy Cell Recipes, a reward for completing “Second Wave”, grants the ability to craft these.
These special cells use nanostream inputs to supplement the energy attacks from Jem'hadar weaponry. This cell adds a neural destabilizer that has a chance to disorient and knock the target.
A normal energy cell will affect shots for 15 minutes. Only one Jem'hadar nanoenergy cell may be active at a time.

This power cell enables Jem'Hadar weapons to carry a Kinetic Capacitor nanostream which has a chance to slam into the enemy with extra force, knocking them back and dealing a small amount of kinetic damage.
This consumable cell will enhance Jem'Hadar weapons for 15 minutes.
