Welcome to Risa, <name>! We're hosting a special festival and you've arrived at the perfect time. Of course, every day is a perfect day on Risa!
I'm the events coordinator, in charge of the special contests that can reward you [sic] a great prize. Come talk to me over by the resort, and I'll tell you how to participate!

- This mission is automatically assigned to players visiting the Risa Summer Resort during the Lohlunat Festival for the first time. During the mission, the Event Coordinator provides the player with one [Lohlunat Favor], and provides instructions on how to use it to access the Summer Event Reputation Store.
