We've received a time-delayed log that's been in our system for about thirty years. Apparently it was recorded by Garak and left for "a little bit later." Somehow he got his hands on information from a temporal operative, which seems to fit your bailiwick.
The data logs are currently stored in our logs at Deep Space Nine. You can read and listen to these logs by using the consoles in the Operations area.Goal[ | ]
