It's Q's Party was a mission only available during the One Year Anniversary Event, from February 2-9, 2011. Players who spoke to Q in either Club 47 on Earth Spacedock or in The Great Hall of Qo'noS were offered this mission.
Upon completing the mission, a daily repeatable mission “Benevolent BeQuest (Daily)” was offered.
Both this mission and the Benevolent BeQuest daily are now unavailable for both Klingon and Federation Officers, even if you still have the mission you may not claim any rewards.
