Investigate Officer Reports is a repeatable mission in which the player must complete a Foundry mission at least fifteen minutes long. Upon accepting the mission, it will trigger a 30 minute cooldown before it can be accepted again.

Officer Reports are mission scenarios created by other captains. The scenarios will take you to a variety of locations in space and on worlds in Federation space and beyond.

Starfleet is encouraging its officers to use Officer Reports as a training tool for themselves and their crews. Complete one of these scenarios and then return to me for a reward.

Notes

• Originally, this was a daily mission in which the player had to complete three missions of any length, for a reward of either 1440 , or a crate containing a Level-Appropriate item. After the December 13, 2012 patch, this has been changed to remove an exploit.
• Mission: Investigate Officer Reports (Repeatable) was removed from the game in early 2016 with rumors of a forthcoming Foundry revamp, whether it will be returned or has been removed permanently is currently unknown.
