Communications Breakdown is a Found Mission on Kobali Prime. It can be acquired by activating a Vaadwaur console in the Eastern Outskirts.

You manage to gather some data on how the Vaadwaur's turret and radio towers operate.

Your scans indicate that more data could be found from other consoles connected to the towers.

This information could be used to help the Kobali construct their own versions of these towers.
