Benevolent BeQuest was a daily repeatable mission only available during the One Year Anniversary Event, from February 2-9, 2011. For players to be offered this mission, they must first have completed “It's Q's Party”.
Both this mission and It's Q's Party are now unavailable for both Klingon and Federation Officers, even if you still have the mission you may not claim any rewards.

Controversy[ | ]
The fountain / tribble pile caused some controversy as it used a shared loot pool, meaning that when multiple players interacted at once, they were shown the same items. The first player to accept the items shown received them, while subsequent accepts would received different items to those shown.
When it became apparent that players could click cancel on the items shown and 'roll' again, players would often do so until a desirable set of items were offered.
Some players created additional characters to farm the fountain and tribble pile.
A small number of players attempted to use the Breen Biothermal Dampener to try and interrupt other players interactions with the fountain / tribble pile, preventing them from accepting items. While the dampener didn't directly interrupt a players interaction, the visual effects of the dampener applied to a large number of characters in close proximity would cause hardware performance issues for players leading to reduced framerates, increased network latency, disconnections, and in some cases cause the game client to crash. It was also used by griefers for the same purpose.
