As Part of the Federation Outreach Program, Starfleet has given me permission to give you a sample of the type of items that are needed in the Delta Volanis cluster.

Specifically, I have some Shield Generators to freely give you. While that is only one of the items needed in the Delta Volanis cluster, it should give you a start on your relief efforts.
