Lieutenant Commander Miral Paris is a third-generation Starfleet officer and chief of security & second officer aboard the Kirk. The child of her Human father Tom Paris, and her half Klingon mother B'Elanna Torres, Miral is a Human/Klingon (3/4 Human, 1/4 Klingon) hybrid. Some Klingons believe she is the Kuvah'Magh, the chosen one to lead the Klingon Empire back to glory. ==History== Miral was born in 2378 on the Voyager shortly before it reached Earth after a long journey home from the Delta Quadrant. She is named after her Miral. In 2398, Miral entered Starfleet Academy. When asked about the savior figure some Klingons see in her, she replied: "I'm a student, not a savior [...] Allow me and my classmates peace and privacy." In 2402, her religious significance haunted her again, when a Klingon sect believing in the Kuvah'Magh illegally boarded the Pike which Cadet Paris was assigned to for her senior training cruise. By 2409, Miral was promoted to Lieutenant and assigned to the Kirk as chief of security. ==Missions involved== *Delta Flight: In 2410, Miral Paris, now a Lt. Commander, is temporarily reassigned to her father's task force, Delta Flight, while the Kirk is being repaired following the battle against the Heralds at Lae'nas III. *Midnight: Miral Paris is present in the conference room on Kyana Research Station before the Iconian Resistance commences its last briefing of the Iconian War. Tom Paris later thanks the player for ending the war in such a way that Miral survives. ===Missions formerly involved=== *The Kuvah'Magh: Invited by Klingon Ambassador Kas, Miral tries to mediate at a peace conference between the Klingon Empire and the Federation on Regulus IV. Spurred by B'vat's propaganda, the talks are sabotaged by Klingons and their Orion mercenaries who believe Miral to be a false savior. Although the talks have failed, Kas eventually assists the player in chasing B'vat away before Miral can be abducted. *City on the Edge of Never Ambushing the Kirk, Ambassador B'vat is finally successful in his attempts to kidnap Miral and takes her to the Gateway system.. *Past Imperfect: B'vat takes Miral to the year 2270 via the Guardian of Forever. The player pursues them and finally rescues Miral after killing B'vat and destroying his ship, the Worvig. ==Notes== * Miral's appearance was changed with the release of Season 9.5 to make her Klingon features more prominent. Her appearance was further refined with the launch of Season Ten. Additionally, voiceover by Lisa LoCicero, the actress who played the adult Miral Paris in the Star Trek: Voyager episode Endgame (episode), was also added. * A non-interactable version of Miral occasionally spawns in Earth Spacedock's Club 47, where she walks up to the bar and has a drink. ==External links== MA Link MB Link Canon
