Special Ability: Ablative Hazard Shielding

Mini-Techs are one-time use consumables that allow you to use an ability normally found on a universal console. This Mini-Tech allows use of the [Console - Universal - Ablative Hazard Shielding]'s active ability. It drops from the Discovery Lock Box.

Does not share cool-downs with RnD consumables.
