The Maquis Raider is a Tier 6 Raider which may be flown by characters of any faction. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.
Players can obtain this starship from the Lobi Crystal Consortium for 900 . The boxed ship is not bound and so may be traded to other players or bought and sold on the Exchange for energy credits under the name [Special Requisition Pack - Maquis Raider [T6]].
This ship could also be purchased as an account-unlock from the Zen Store as a possible choice from the Mudd's Outta This Wormhole Choice Pack as part of "Mudd's Market", available from March 18th, 2021 to June 10th, 2021. Like all items in the Market, the Bundle periodically goes on massive discounts (upwards of 60% during special promotional sales).
Overview[ | ]
Although the Maquis resistance was short-lived, this fierce group of independent rebels left an indelible mark on the history of the region of space along the Cardassian-Federation border, and beyond. Their reliance on guerilla tactics, inventive uses of technology, and environmental hazards like those found in the Badlands, are still studied by military organizations to this day. This Raider represents the culmination of the innovative and unerring determination of the Maquis, blending the utilitarian flexibility of universal seating with the offensive capabilities of any other modern strike ship.

Abilities[ | ]
Universal consoles[ | ]
The Maquis Raider comes equipped with the [Console - Universal - Plasma Storm Module].
Experimental Weapon[]
The Maquis Raider comes with an Experimental Weapon slot. This additional slot does not fit standard weapons. Unlike standard starship weapons, Experimental weapons are not affected by weapon firing modes, such as those granted by bridge officer abilities.
This vessel comes with the unique [Phlogiston Projector Mk XII]. This experimental weapon emits an oxygen-rich mixture of these gaseous elements harvested from the Badlands plasma fields, and ignites them. This violent reaction briefly burns at temperatures comparable to solar ejections, causing structural damage to even the hardiest of starships.
Cyclical Quantum Slipstream Drive[ | ]
Cyclical Quantum Slipstream Drive is a built-in ability which allows improved Sector Space travel speed of 107.8 (approx Warp 23) for 90 seconds instead of normal 30 seconds. Re-initializing it takes 30 seconds instead of normal 120 seconds.
Innovation Effects
The Maquis Raider features built-in Innovation mechanic which requires activation of three bridge officer abilities corresponding to colors on the Innovation display window. Successfully matching the colors will automatically trigger the available Innovation effect for 10 seconds. One of six possible Innovation effects will be randomly selected each time the Innovation mechanic refreshes.
- Instinctive Rerouting (Bonus to All Subsystem Power)
- Containment Layering (Temporary Hull based on Max Hull)
- Heisenberg Decoupling (Secondary Shields based on Max Shields)
- Plasma Conduit Purge (Self-Targeted AOE Plasma Damage-over-Time)
- Ingenious Solutions (Bonus to Recharge Speeds for Bridge Officer and Captain Abilities)
- Barclay Maneuver (Photonic Copy of your starship which uses Ramming Speed on a nearby foe)
Improved Raider Flanking
Frigates, Light Escorts, Raiders, and Scout Ships come with a built-in passive damage boost available when striking an enemy's rear arc. To support their high turn rate and maneuverability, improved raider flanking grants:
- +40% damage when attacking an NPC's enemy rear arc.
- +13% damage when attacking a Player enemy's rear arc.
Specialization seating
The Maquis Raider features the following specialist seats:
- Commander Tactical/Miracle Worker
