The Doctor The Doctor is a photonic Starfleet officer. First activated in 2371 aboard U.S.S. Voyager, he became the first photonic lifeform to be granted sentience in the Federation. By 2410, the Doctor was part of the Delta Alliance.

Neelix Neelix is a Talaxian Federation ambassador. In 2371, Neelix joined U.S.S. Voyager on her journey through the Delta Quadrant. In 2377, Neelix left the ship to join a remote Talaxian colony. In the following years, Neelix became leader of the community, which eventually relocated to a another asteroid colony in the Entaba System.

Montgomery Scott Montgomery Scott is a human Starfleet officer and engineer. Scott served aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise during her famous five year mission and beyond. In 2394, Scott became one of the first humans to discover the Jenolan Dyson Sphere. He trapped himself in a transporter accident upon a fatal accident aboard his ship and was only rescued in 2369 by the Enterprise-D. The U.S.S. Montgomery Scott was likely named in his honor.

In 2374, Seven was liberated from the Collective by U.S.S. Voyager, and she accompanied the ship on its journey home through the Delta Quadrant. By 2410, Seven was a member of the Daystrom Institute.
