Liberated Borg Romulan Science Officer
The Liberated Borg Romulan Science Officer is a unique science bridge officer candidate that is available at the Lobi Crystal Consortium for 300 Lobi .
This character has all the current Romulan hair styles available to her but unless you are a Romulan Character you will not be able to use any of the Republic/Faction outfits (except veteran's award long coat uniform).
The Liberated Borg bridge officer candidate has special traits that are not available in standard bridge officers, though they share those traits available to Liberated Borg characters. She is also one of very few bridge officer candidates to have the Efficient trait, making her highly sought after.
Description
The constant conflict with the Borg takes its toll in the assimilation of countless members of all intelligent species -- but, from time to time, a survivor is liberated from the Collective. While many survivors are traumatized by the experience, they often strive to recover their sense of self and to protect others from the Borg. This particular officer was originally assimilated during a Borg incursion into Romulan territory. Their reclamation process has given them a newfound fervor for defending their scattered people from further Borg attacks, as well as any other threats to sentient life.
Liberated Borg officers retain some of the Borg neural suppressants and the characteristic efficiency of the Borg (a melee-range toxin that slows enemies, and a bonus to ship power levels in space).
Your Borg officer is currently regenerating. Select and choose 'Use' to unpack. Once Unpacked, you cannot trade your officer. You may only recruit one of these officers at a time, so if you already have one, you will not be able to unpack this item.

This unique Bridge Officer can be purchased at the Lobi Crystal Consortium for 300 Lobi . It comes in a crate that can be traded before it is opened.
