Class variants
Class | Informations |
---|---|
SKIN UNLOCK: Free The Laeosa class serves as a successor to the Talon class, small research warbird used by the Romulan Star Empire in the 24th century. An oval mission pod, not unlike the one on the Talon, takes up most of the ship's aft section. An elongated antenna protrudes from its head. The overall shape of the ship's hull reminds of the Ar'kif Tactical Warbird. |

Abilities[ | ]
Universal console[ | ]
The Laeosa Research Warbird comes equipped with the [Console - Universal - Tachyon Particle Field Emitter].
Specialization seating
The Laeosa-class Research Warbird features the following specialist seats:
- Lieutenant Commander Engineering/Temporal Operative
Battle Cloak
The Laeosa-class Research Warbird has a battle cloak that allows the ship to cloak during combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon decloaking.
Sensor Analysis[]
Sensor Analysis is an active toggle ability. While maintaining a Sensor Lock on a target, the player gains a stacking effect that either improves the damage and power drain against an enemy, or improves any heal directed towards an ally. This effect stacks every 3 seconds, to a maximum of 6 stacks after 18 continuous seconds. To maintain the desired effect, the player must hold the sensor lock.
Singularity[]
As a Romulan Warbird, the Laeosa-class Research Warbird comes with built-in Singularity abilities. These abilities do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Warbirds. These powers build in severity based on the charge built up by the ship's Singularity Core.
Subsystem Targeting[]
The Laeosa-class Research Warbird comes with built-in Subsystem Targeting abilities. These built-in abilities stay at Rank I and do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Science starships. They are separate from Subsystem Targeting abilities gained through Tactical Space Bridge officer abilities.
- Target Auxiliary Subsystems I
- Target Weapons Subsystems I
- Target Engines Subsystems I
- Target Shields Subsystems I
Activating a subsystem targeting ability will upgrade all energy weapons to inflict a stacking power drain on the foe's targeted subsystem for the next 10 seconds. They will also have a small chance to knock the targeted subsystem offline for a short duration.
Standard configuration[ | ]
