The Kobali System is a system located in the Kotaba Sector of the Delta Quadrant and site of Kobali Prime, the homeworld of the Kobali.
System Description[ | ]
More than 80 million Kobali live on the homeworld, the largest and only M-Class planet in the system. The Kobali were wanderers, moving large fleets from place to place, looking for the resources they needed, including the bodies that they use to reproduce. More than 90 years ago, however, they found this system and decided to settle, building a large city on the temperate western land mass.

Missions Involved[ | ]
- “The Kobali Front”: Players are sent to the Kobali Prime adventure zone to assist the Kobali's fight against the invading Vaadwaur. Once there, liaison officer Captain Harry Kim assists in the coordination of support.
- “Dust to Dust”: The Vaadwaur launch a second invasion of Kobali Prime and are engaged by the player with help from the U.S.S. Rhode Island and the new Kobali flagship, the K.D.C. Samsar.

- While the system description refers to Kobali Prime as a planet, from orbit it appears to be a large moon and also the astrometrics of sector space clearly depict it to orbit the nearby gas giant.
- The Vaadwaur refer to Kobali Prime as K'bala II. This could mean that either the sun or the gas giant is named K'bala.
