The KDF Captain Duty Officer Pack is a duty officer Reward Pack that is awarded to the player by Lieutenant S'stas upon reaching the rank of Captain (level 31).
This Reward pack gives you 3 random duty officers from any department, including Civilian with a chance to obtain an Uncommon Refugee.

- 1 Uncommon Duty Officer

This pack is bound to character, and can not be traded, mailed, sold or purchased from the Exchange, however the officers contained within, are not bound and can be freely traded.

- Reassign - at various Personnel Officers from Klingon Academy.
- Exchange - Uncommon or higher for lower rarity, only at
Imperial Personnel Officer - Contribute to
Fleet Starbase Upgrade Projects. - Assignments or Active Duty.
- Sell or trade with other players.
