Overcomes Borg adaptation. Requires 3 seconds to apply new frequencies.
A Fractal Remodulator quickly cycles your energy weapons through variable wave or particle frequencies, in order to help overcome Borg adaptation.
Your bridge officers must have their own Fractal Remodulator in order to remodulate their weapons.
This is the upgraded version of the [Frequency Remodulator].

Notes[edit | edit source]
- The [Frequency Remodulator] is an item requiring 4 seconds to overcome Borg adaptation and is availlable for 0 at the Replicator.
- Though the second that is saved by using this over the [Frequency Remodulator] is probably not worth specifically farming the materials for it, those materials do accumulate as a side effect of running missions in the Defera Invasion Zone.
- Borg adapt to a specific energy on a per character basis and you can get at least 4 shots -- notice that some weapons fire many shots at once (such as the primary mode of the assault minigun) and that each of these smaller shots count the same as a single powerful shot from say, a sniper rifle or pulsewave assault. Although rare, it is possible that a weapon may use multiple energy types (such as the [Synchronic Proton Distortion Prototype Assault Rifle] that has an antiproton primary and proton secondary attack).
