Mera Theel is a Starfleet Intelligence petty officer created by StarSwordC for the Foundry.

In “Bait and Switch” she is undercover in the Orion Syndicate, encountered when the player storms a Syndicate base in the Badlands. She provided the Marduk Carrier Battle Group with intelligence on the base's location and how to reach it. Supervising Agent Grell is her handler.

Appearance

Mera Theel is short and slim, with hazel eyes, black hair, and a red tattoo of a bird's wing on her left cheekbone.

• When encountered aboard the U.S.S. Marduk in the epilogue, Theel notes she feels much better in Starfleet uniform than in her Syndicate costume. "Stupid thing is heavy and uncomfortable and I'm always afraid I'm going to have a wardrobe malfunction. Oh, and there's nowhere to mount body armor or hide a gun."
