So, if you happen to have this item laying around you are likely a player who has been around for a LONG time as it is a relic (purely referring to an outdated item) that drops from one of the original missions prior to the reconfiguration of mission organization with the development of the episodic content (and SO much else)... I found one sitting around in my bank which dates back to when I first started playing back in 2010. After searching, confirmed the assumption that it was a worthless leftover.
