A Fleet Operational Asset is an item purchased from the Operations Quartermaster in a Fleet Starbase. These consumable devices provide a variety of useful effects, but may only be used during Fleet Operations.

[Fleet Low-Frequency Theta Radiation Cloud] Emits a low-frequency theta radiation cloud from your ship, causing crew damage to enemy ships and reducing the strength of their shields. 4000 Fleet Credits
[Fleet Starbase Feedback Pulse] Activates the Starbase's Feedback Pulse ability. The Starbase will use the Feedback Pulse immediately, and then use it again 60 and 120 seconds later. Only one player may activate this Operational Asset at a time. 4000 Fleet Credits
[Fleet Gravitic Instability Probe] Creates a powerful Gravity Well near your ship. The Gravity Well will draw in nearby enemies and cause them Kinetic damage, revealing any enemy cloaked ships that are affected. 5000 Fleet Credits
