The Fleet Norgh Bird-of-Prey Retrofit is a Lieutenant General (Tier 5) level Raider. This ship is available to Klingon Defense Force and Klingon-aligned players from the Tier III Fleet Starbase Shipyards for 20,000 and 4 .
Overview[edit | edit source]
Birds-of-Prey are small, fast and fill a variety of roles for the Empire. They can be used as scouts, raiders or patrol ships. They're vulnerable when cloaked, but their speed and vulnerability make them hard to hid. Also, the Bridge Officer spaces on a Bird-of-Prey are mostly universal, which makes them more versatile.
The Norgh-class Birds-of-Prey are as deadly as the predator for which they are named.
Alternative Variants[edit | edit source]
||SKIN UNLOCK: Free|
The Norgh-class is aesthetically very similar to the QulDun Bird-of-Prey. However the ship features a much wider wing arc and an elongated bridge section. The Norgh also features the traditional Bird-of-Prey feather pattern on the wings, reappearing after their absence on the QulDun-class.
||SKIN UNLOCK: Ning'tao Bird-of-Prey, 1,000 |
Distinctly visually different from the Norgh, the Ning'tao-class shows clear Nausicaan and Orion design influences, boasting a more insectile look than the sleek curves of the Norgh. The ship commands a unique wingspan along with the traditional curves of previous Birds-of-Prey.

Abilities[edit | edit source]
The Fleet Norgh Bird-of-Prey Retrofit has a battle cloak that allows the ship to cloak during combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon decloaking.
Experimental Weapon[edit source]
The Fleet Norgh Bird-of-Prey Retrofit comes with an Experimental Weapon slot. This additional slot does not fit standard weapons. Unlike standard starship weapons, Experimental weapons are not affected by weapon firing modes, such as those granted by bridge officer abilities.
Raiders and Scout Ships come with a built-in passive damage boost available when striking an enemy's rear arc. To make up for the flimsy nature of Raider vessels, and to support their high turn rate and maneuverability, standard raider flanking grants:
- +25% damage to NPC enemy when attacking rear arc.
- +8.25% damage to Player enemy when attacking rear arc.
Standard Configuration[edit | edit source]
Klingon starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.
