The First Time Buyer's Pack is made available to players after making any Zen purchase through the Arc Games website or Arc Client made after 9am PST on February 12th, 2015. It can be claimed from the Promotions tab of the Zen Store.

- To'Duj Fighter unlock in Zen Store, reclaimable at any time by any Klingon and Klingon-aligned Romulan Republic characters on your account that do not have it in their inventory, or after discharging the ship.

- R&D crafting unlocks at character level 15, however opening [Research & Development Pack] will give non-bound R&D materials that can be traded or sold on Exchange at any character level.
- Skill point boosts can only be used after completing the tutorial.
- Romulan Republic players that have not yet chosen a faction can claim the small craft from Zen Store after choosing a faction.
- Zen purchases through Steam do not qualify.
