The Trimble System is a system located in the Xarantine Sector of the Beta Quadrant.

A ringed, Class-M world, Trimble shares many properties with Vulcan, including its vast deserts. A thick layer of clouds keeps the average surface temperature about 15 degrees cooler than temperatures in Vulcan's Forge, however, and snow in the mountains is common.

- Originally the second half of “Task Force Hippocrates” (sections Clipped Wing and Eagle's Nest) took place in the Trimble System. The mission has been significantly reworked as part of the Season 8.5 update on January 30, 2014, dropping both sections and leaving the system currently unused other than being a door to Foundry-missions.
- The Trimble system is possibly named in honor of Bjo Trimble; an artist, writer, and a strong presence in Star Trek fandom.
- According to duty officer assignment "Military Offensive on Trimble", a conflict between Federation and Klingon forces took place in this area. Assignment asks player to "contribute personnel to a major ground offensive on Trimble against the Klingon Empire".
