Game Description: The Eclipse Intel Cruiser is capable of stripping the structural integrity field of nearby enemy starships to boost its own. This results in a large amount of Temporary Hit Points for the Eclipse, which is further boosted by each affected enemy. Enemies struck by this ability suffer heavy kinetic damage over time that bypasses a portion of the targets' shields. This damage will have 100% shield penetration on targets that have been rendered Vulnerable by Gather Intelligence.
