The I.K.S. Chang is a Klingon Vo'quv Dreadnought and the Klingon Empire's flagship of Battle Group Omega. Captain P'tor is the commanding officer. Battle Group Omega is stationed on the Borg Front in the Noro Sector.

- “A Light in the Dark”: The Chang is part of a combined Federation-Klingon fleet in the Kuda System when Celestara Mex departs with S.S. Seleya on a diplomatic mission to fluidic space.
- “Assimilation Complete” The player is ordered to Battle Group Omega. On arrival, it is revealed that a liberated male Borg science officer is to be transferred to the player's ship.
