The Ferengi Lock Box - Gold was available from:

• April 12, 2012 to July 18, 2012

There was a random chance of getting this in regular loot drops. Requires a Master Key to open which is bought off the C-Store for 125 per key or 1125 for 10 keys.

The Gold boxes are special in two ways. First, they have a substantially better chance of awarding the more desirable items. Second, they have a slightly different list of rewards.
