The F.M.S. Grand Nagus is a personal flagship of Grand Nagus Rom. It is docked at Deep Space 9 for players who have completed “Storm Clouds Gather”.

- "The Golden Nagus": Rom asks that his ship be prepared to take him to the Alliance summit.
Notes
- After player completes “Home”, the finale of the Gamma Quadrant episode arc, Rom's Flagship is no longer visible in orbit of Deep Space 9.
