The Empire story arc is a chain of missions exclusive to Klingon characters.
Players return to Qo'noS in the wake of Captain Jurlek's aborted coup attempt. With First Officer Doran dead, it is your duty to inform her mate of their demise, and live up to your new found responsibilities as a Captain in the Klingon Defense Force and leader of your house. The transfer of your mysterious Federation prisoner goes awry, leading you and your new crew on a manhunt. A detailed investigation into the matter leads you through the seedy underbelly of First City and to the penal colony of Rura Penthe.
There, a unlikely ally emerges in the form of a disgraced Klingon ambassador with ties to Ambassador Worf, found stowed away on the prison planet, who reveals a sinister plot between a rebellious house and the Tal Shiar.
