The Delta Alliance Elite ground set is a three-piece ground equipment set, comprised of a unique Personal Shield, Body Shield, and one interchangeable Compression Rifle, released with the Delta Rising expansion. This set is obtained from the Delta Alliance branch of the Reputation System.

Game Description[edit | edit source]

Personal Shields protect you by absorbing most of the damage from energy-based attacks and a portion of the damage from physical attacks. Shields rapidly regenerate once they have not sustained damage for a brief period of time.

The Unimatrix Personal Shield is an advanced form of protective energy screen technology. It offers a high shield capacity and enhanced resistances. When firing weapons this advanced shield utilizes some of the weapon power to increase its Shield Hardness.

Upgrade[edit | edit source]

Shields can be upgraded using the following R&D School Tech Upgrades: Shields Tech Upgrades or Universal Tech Upgrades. This item will receive an additional modifier on successful quality improvement:

Game Description[edit | edit source]

The Delta Alliance combat armor provides excellent resistance to most forms of damage. In addition the advanced composition and circuitry of the armor increases the health of the user and also boosts the effectiveness of personal shields.

The Antiproton variant of the Compression Rifle. Antiproton ground weapons have a higher innate Critical Severity, increasing damage dealt by Critical Hits.


Game Description[edit | edit source]

The Compression Rifle can accurately rapid fire Directed Energy bolts at a single target. In addition when set to wide beam the secondary fire mode will hit numerous targets within a cone radius with a chance to knockdown. When firing at an exposed target the secondary firing mode switches to a Tactical Orbital Strike which has a cooldown after use.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • The Compression Rifle's Tactical Orbital Strike is actually Orbital Strike I and therefore deals damage based on the player's faction—Phaser for Starfleet Captains, Disruptor for Klingon Defense Force Captains, Plasma for Romulan Republic Captains, and Polaron for Dominion Captains (allegiance choice does not matter)—regardless of what Rifle variant is being used.

Costume[edit | edit source]

The Delta Armor costume set is unlocked by Accolade completion once all pieces of the set have been acquired. This set has no helmet.
