On Nimbus III, Paradise City has a network of decrepit transporters used primarily by criminals and smugglers. If you can find them and unlock them - and you're willing to trust your molecules to them - you can use them to travel quickly between locations near the city.
Every transporter pad has to be activated once when you are there. Afterwards you can use them to transport to pads you already visited. Activating all pads earns you the accolade Nimbus Jaunt.

The transporter pad is located inside the bar, on the right side of the bar table.
Ancient Ruins[ | ]
The transporter pad is located on the right side between the two tents near the center of the ruins.
Stronghold Approach[ | ]
The transporter pad is located under the stairs on the right side of the entrance of the stronghold.
Gorn Canyon[ | ]
The transporter pad is located at the end of the canyon, inside the structure.
Satellite Tower[ | ]
The transporter pad is located at the back side of the tower.
