Console - Science - Nanite-Reinforced Circuitry
In Combat: +__% Hull Regeneration per minute
Out of Combat: +__% Hull Regeneration per minute
Nanite-Reinforced Circuitry is a Ship Science Console that improves the Hull Repair Rate stat, similar to the Damage Control skill. The amount regenerated is a fixed percentage of the starship's maximum hull value, based on the console's mark and quality.
Game Description[edit | edit source]
Nanite-Reinforced Circuitry is able to autonomously perform minor repairs without needing repair crews, causing damaged ship components to slowly regenerate.
Stats[edit | edit source]
Each increase in Mark level or quality increases in-combat Hull Regeneration per minute by 0.5% from the previous, an equivalent boost of 2.5 points in the Damage Control skill. At its highest potential it will regenerate 15%, an equivalent 75 points in the Damage Control skill, twice the amount of similar Science and Engineering consoles in skill-equivalent effectiveness.
However, while the Damage Control skill gives 5 times this value for out-of-combat hull regeneration, this console will only give twice the amount for that, i.e. each increase in Mark level or quality increases out-of-combat Hull Regeneration per minute by 1% from the previous, an equivalent boost of 0.5 points in the Damage Control skill. At its highest potential it will regenerate 30%, an equivalent 30 points in the Damage Control skill.
Obtaining[edit | edit source]
