Common Borg PSG Tech is available from the Normal Special Task Force mission “Infected”.

The Common Borg Armor Tech is part of a collection of Rare Borg Techs that can be used to obtain Roxy/Recruit Requisitions (Mk X) for the M.A.C.O. (Ground), Omega Force (Ground), and Honor Guard (Ground) ground equipment sets.
Each piece, Armor, PSG, and Weapon can be requisitioned for 20 Encrypted Data Chips or 1 of the corresponding Common Borg Techs (i.e. Common Borg Armor Tech allows you a Recruit Armor Requisition, Common Borg PSG Tech allows you a Recruit PSG Requisition, and Common Borg Weapon Tech allows you a Recruit Weapon Requisition).
These items can be turned into requisitions via the Requisition Officer on DS9 located in the Omega Force Pavilion on the Promenade.
