Summary[edit | edit source]

The Terran Military maintains an exceptionally flexible threat on the ground. Science, Engineering, and Tactical components of their forces deploy without any detectable pattern, yet always function beyond the sum of their parts. Deploy a team to study the breadth and depth of their capability. Remove their unpredictability.

Outcome[edit | edit source]

Final outcome: Success

Terran ground forces are devided by rank: Ensign, Lieutenant, Commander, Captain. Again by discipline: Tactics, Science, Engineering. The scientists manage agony weapons and the occasional medic. Terran engineers deploy kits to enhance the team and impair enemy mobility. Tactical teams bring the heavy weapons, grenades, and sometimes even swords to bear.

Final outcome: Breakthrough!

The strength of Terran ground forces does not lay with their individual capabilities. Rather, it is their web of combinations which dominates. Engineer ensigns can restrict the movement of away teams, locking them in place for delayed explosions. Medics heal the wounded and can even revive them. Scientists' agony waves strip shields, tactical teams follow with phaser fire. Disrupting these combinations is key to victory.
