The assignment automatically selects the two officers chosen for the original assignment.

This is a compulsory assignment that can occur after completion of “Emergency Supplies to Colonies” or “Commodity Resupply Run to Colonies in a Star Cluster”, even if the initial assignment is successful. Much like “Sick Bay”, the officers involved cannot be changed and the assignment cannot be aborted. Unlike Sick Bay, Repel assignments take up assignment slots and have Success/Failure chances. Because of this, it would be wise to take into account Repel's Success/Failure traits when selecting officers for colonial resupply assignments.
