Notes

• Recommendation: Do not waste your Dominion Fugitive Prisoner on this. There are more important assignments which requires specially a Dominion Fugitive Prisoner, such as exchanging one for a duty officer (Assignment: Exchange Prisoners with Dominion).
• This assignment is somewhat bugged - some KDF aligned characters can't start it until level 21 (I personally tried as Farasan and Joined Trill) or level 22 on other characters (Tested using Romulan).
