The V.A.T.A. - Tachyon Mode fires two Tachyon Armament Projectiles. It is generated by [Console - Universal - Variable Auto-Targeting Armament].

Basic Information[edit | edit source]

  • Profession: Any
  • Locale: Space
  • Game Description: Engaging Variable Auto-Targeting Armament will fire two Tachyon Armament Projectiles while the Federation Battle Cruiser has the Shield Frequency Modulation cruiser command active.

    These devastating projectiles will fire Tachyon Beams every second at a nearby target. Each hit from the Tachyon Beams will substantially damage the target's shields.The Tachyon Armament Projectiles will penetrate 20% of the targets' shields. Targets caught in the main projectile's explosion will have their shield hardness reduced, suffer shield damage and a moderate amount of kinetic damage for a short time
