Game Description: Activating Singularity Collapse, projects a collapsing singularity near a distant group of enemy starships. This causes foes to be immediately drawn toward the player's target. Affected enemy starships will suffer a large amount of shield penetrating kinetic damage over time as well as having their damage resistance to exotic damage reduced dramatically for a short time.
