Engineering Proficiency is a ground ability available to Engineering players when they reach Rear Admiral, Lower Half grade 5. It gives a boost to your shield regeneration and gives you a damage resistance buff.

  • Locale: Ground
  • Game Description: Engineering Proficiency provides a damage resistance buff and a shield repair over time and to your entire team. Engineering Proficiency bonuses do not stack with other Engineering Proficiencies.
