Ability: Breen Energy Dissipator

The Breen Energy Dissipator fires a large energy projectile that causes subsystem drain. It is generated by the [Console - Universal - Breen Energy Dissipator], which is obtained with Breen Chel Grett Warships, and the [Console - Universal - Enhanced Breen Energy Dissipator], which is obtained with Breen Chel Boalg Warships. Plesh Brek Frigate hangar pets use a version of this ability.

Game Description: Energy Dissipator fires a large energy projectile that causes massive subsystem drain to enemy target. Upon impact, the targets Weapon, Shield, Engine and Auxiliary power will be drained and will continue to drain over time. There is also a good chance the Energy Dissipator will knock one of the targets subsystems offline.

The amount of energy drained can be increased with Starship Drain Expertise Skill. The effects of the Energy Dissipator can be removed by Engineering Team. Energy Dissipator projectiles can be targeted and destroyed by enemy weapons.
