The Borg Queen
Into the Hive is a Special Task Force ground mission.
Synopsis
The players engage a Borg Queen aboard her newly-constructed Unicomplex.
Mission text
Our agents have discovered the location of a Borg Unimatrix. We managed to get a probe into the area and before the Borg destroyed it the readings indicated that the Queen's vessel was in the area.
This is the best opportunity we're going to have to take the fight to the Collective. I want you to infiltrate the unimatrix with a small team and defeat the Borg Queen!
Goal
This mission is designed for five players. It is recommended that you assemble a team for this Episode.
Disrupt the Borg Collective.
Objectives
Notes
- Avoid the green floors as they're charged with antiproton energy that instantly kills anyone that steps on them. There is a short time before it activates where the floor is glowing. Try to run off them as it can kill your character instantly.
- In the boss room, avoid the sides as a player can fall off and cannot get revived due to falling down into a big hole.
- In the boss room, standing behind the pillars on each side is a good way to avoid being killed by the borg queen instantly.
- In the boss fight, split your teams into 2 per side as this will flank the boss.
- In the boss fight, concentrate on the medical drones as they can heal the boss.
Known Bugs

- Some graphic cards have issues with showing the glowing green floor. Be advised that if you are not seeing glowing floors, this bug could be responsible and the floors will still affect you as they normally would.
