The Delta Quadrant is one of four quadrants in the Milky Way Galaxy. It is where the starship U.S.S. Voyager spent seven years (2371-2378) before returning to Federation territory. They made first contact with numerous species, including the Undine. (Star Trek: Voyager)

Notes

Until the release of Delta Rising, the Delta Quadrant was only visited indirectly, through the Solanae and Jenolan Dyson Spheres.
In an Exploration zone mission, the personnel of a science base has been abducted by a reptilian species from the Delta Quadrant. This could be an early in-game reference to the Voth.
The Delta Quadrant is to be the focus of Star Trek Online's 2nd Expansion (see Upcoming content).
