Overview
Overwatch is a very powerful ability for your team in both PvE and PvP due to the benefits it provides: damage resistance buffs to allies and damage resistance debuffs to enemies that attack them. It is very clear and easy to see when playing and this allows allies to take advantage of it.
Due to the possibility of being overpowered it has a four-player ally limit, not including the person who activated it. The buff appears to apply to the four nearest people when the ability is first used; after that it applies to the four people who enter its radius first.
This ability appears to provide no visible buff icon whilst it is active.

- The fact that the ability buff up-time is shorter for Rank III is probably a bug.
