Throws a Tholian Web Grenade at the target. This grenade contains a mixture of raw, unrefined Tholian Web kept under extreme pressure. When detonated, it covers the immediate area in this sticky mixture which causes radiation burns and has a chance to hold opponents in place while slowing their movement while not held.
