The first time I played the Mirror event I could swear the cruisers were all Galaxies. Has anyone else seen this? - Mitchz95 00:44, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

If memory serves I saw them as Cheyennes once but I've got no pics. Next time it happens I'll shoot photos and photon torpedoes. Markonian 05:41, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

It happened again; they were all Galaxies. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture. I'll add it to the article anyway. - Mitchz95 03:40, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

Where they standard Galaxies or the three-nacelled dreadnought? Like I.S.S. Stadi. --Markonian 17:19, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

The cruisers in the four battle groups were all standard Galaxies. I distinctly remember checking to make sure they weren't Nobles or Avengers. And they only had two nacelles each. - Mitchz95 18:23, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

In that case: Thanks for spotting & adding them! Maybe, in due time, we'll see each Starfleet class's mirror counterpart. -- Markonian 17:54, 4 February 2012 (UTC)

Excalibur[]

I was playing around in the Foundry and noticed that at Tier 1, Terran cruisers are Excalibur class. Since the Cardassian Front isn't unlocked until level 40, it's basically impossible for those ones to show up in normal gameplay. Is it still worth adding to this article? - Mitchz95 00:45, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

Yes, Foundry content is in-game content. Also, I've seen the Excalibur (amongst others) on the Tribble Test Server space encounters. I'm going to add info tomorrow. Thanks for the observation. --Markonian 19:11, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

No problem. I'm actually leveling up a Foundry character right now, so I can tell you which models will come in at each rank. BTW, how do I take screenshots like the ones we have here? I would think it's hard to get the enemy ships into frame. - Mitchz95 00:15, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

Zutty is very good at taking images of ships ingame. Me, not so much when those ships keep flying around instead of standing still. In the Foundry, however, it's easier to take images because you can tell the NPC vessels what to do. Please keep me up-to-date on more Terran ships you encounter. Together, we'll get them all. ;-) --Markonian 22:00, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

Well, they start shooting at me the second I get into range. Is there a way to get NPC groups to not fire? - Mitchz95 23:18, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

In the Foundry, you can select "Untargetable". In-game, sometimes NPC groups only attack after having a dialog. If you minimize the dialog instead of continuing it, you can get a chance to get close to them. Otherwise, you can do magic with the camera but I don't know how.
I'm in the Foundry at this moment. Thanks for the tip, there are indeed additional Mirror Starfleet ships. So far I've found:
  • Akira class (Tribble server space encounter)
  • Olympic class (Tribble)
  • Nova class (Foundry)
  • Saber class (Foundry)
My Foundry character is still level 5, so I can't have a look on higher levels yet. I expect to see some of the other ship classes too. What have you seen? --Markonian 21:43, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

I spotted a Defiant class as a wandering Enemy Signal Contact in Beta Ursae. I'll take another look over there tonight. - Mitchz95 22:14, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

I've just logged in on Tribble and surveyed Beta Ursae. Only classes I found were Akira, Olympic, Nova and Cheyenne. Can you get a good image of a Defiant next time you'll see her? --Markonian 23:11, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
Edit: Found the Defiant in the ZA Sector Block. With some luck there's also an Intrepid class. --Markonian 23:24, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

I'm actually not sure how to take screenshots. But I'll try to figure it out. - Mitchz95 23:25, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

Problem solved. Got images of the Defiant and Intrepid classes, amongst others. I'll get on adding them into articles tomorrow. Btw, you can take screenshots by pressing the "Print" button on your keyboard. --Markonian 23:55, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

Cloak?[]

In "Tear of the Prophets", the I.S.S. Liebig (along with the I.S.S. Monterey and the I.S.S. Dakota) were seen decloaking before attacking the Praxeth. Is that worth noting in the article, even if the ability wasn't displayed during normal gameplay? - Mitchz95 03:33, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

Yes, Imho that's a good idea. We could even add it as an ability (standard cloak, not battle cloak) although it is not a game-play ability for those ships. --Markonian 15:52, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

Done. Also, nice job with those pictures! I still can't figure out how you got them from those angles, without weapons-fire screwing up the shots. - Mitchz95 00:45, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

Outdated Info[]

Several of the ships listed in "Vessels of the class" are no longer in the game. Should they be removed from the list for convenience to readers, or is the current format (just saying "removed from game") okay? - Mitchz95 22:45, 9 July 2012 (UTC)

How about adding a reference instead of writting "removed from game" behind each name? In addition, I think we can purge the gallery from all but one or two purple ships (keeping them to show what Terran Cruisers once looked like). We may also add a background note stating on which date which classes were replaced. What do you think about that? --Markonian 10:41, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Sounds good. I think all the classes were replaced on the 29th of June. What exactly do you mean by a "reference"? - Mitchz95 20:01, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Have a close look at ISS Excalibur in the list - there's now a tiny "[1]". This is a reference. Or rather, it would be. For some reason, I didn't get it to work. -.- Markonian 21:46, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

I got the references working, but they're all duplicates of each other. How do we get all four of them to take you to the same reference? - Mitchz95 22:39, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

I have no idea how to remove the duplication. Lets leave it that way for now, I'd say. Btw, have a look in the gallery.^^^ (You can if you've better ones). -- Markonian 19:37, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

Nice, but isn't the Odyssey a dreadnought rather than a cruiser? ;) - Mitchz95 20:19, 13 July 2012 (UTC)
