Updated some of the requirements for Starbase projects:
- Tier 1 Requirements for Engineering, Military and Science updated now with EC requirements
- Contract for Bartender also updated with EC requirements

Prior Status[]
All starbase projects included and updated except:
- Old prices on: Station Personnel Officer on Starbase [KDF unverified only]
- Not included: Ongoing Research Projects V, Provision Personal Fleet Equipment from Science V, Provision Science Operational Assets V, Theoretical Modeling Projects V --MatthewM 05:02, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
All Tier 0-3 projects are now included. Otherwise still missing nearly almost all Tier 4 and all Tier 5 projects. As people continue progressing starbase please update. --MatthewM 04:35, 12 October 2012 (UTC)

- My thought is that we cross that bridge when we come to it. Right now the benefit of a single page trumps it being a bit long. That's why there's a TOC at the top. --MatthewM 08:35, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Lots of changes to projects are currently on Tribble. For example, "Engineering Construction Projects" no longer requires 40 Heavy Phaser Satellite Turrets, but now requires 165 Industrial Fabricators in its place. All the DOff requirements on tier 0 Starbase projects have been cut in half. Embassy projects are unchanged so far. --Eklinaar 17:31, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
