Tal Shiar Adapted Destroyer
The Llaihr (Romulan for "death") Class is a series of powerful Tal Shiar Destroyers based on the design of the Dhelan and enhanced with adapted Borg technology. The Llaihr trades some of the speed and maneuverability of the Dhelan for added resilience and advanced technology. Unlike most Tactical vessels, the Llaihr has access to Sensor Analysis, which gradually increases the damage the vessel deals to a single target, the longer it keeps that target focused.
The Tal Shiar Adapted Destroyer comes with a [Console - Universal - Shrapnel Torpedo Launcher], which allows the vessel to fire a series of Shrapnel Torpedoes, which fracture into smaller self-propelled projectiles shortly before reaching their target, allowing for bonus shield penetration.
This vessel also comes with a [Tal Shiar Adapted Borg Warp Core]. This gives the ship enhanced hull regeneration, as well as Auxiliary power. It also allows increases the maximum Warp speed in sector space. Utilizing this Warp Core in conjunction with both of the consoles found on Tal Shiar Adapted vessels will result in additional Exotic Particle damage being dealt to targets of most offensive science abilities.
 Llaihr class
Bearing a vague resemblance to the Dhelan Warbird on which it is derived from, the Llaihr is still recognisable as having been a Romulan Warbird at some stage, with a distinct main body/command section and forward-swept wings. Despite this, the ship's altered Borg appearance gives it a distinctly insectile feel.
With a balanced Console layout and a Tactical/Science-dominated Bridge Officer layout, the Tal Shiar Adapted Destroyer offers an interesting approach for players. It is well suited to a combination of Shield and Hull Tanking through selective use of consoles and its two Universal Lieutenant Bridge Officer Stations. While it has one of the lowest Turn Rates available to an Escort (11) and also has a regular Cloak as opposed to the Romulan Battle Cloak of most Warbirds, it does benefit from Sensor Analysis, allowing it to greatly stack damage to a target if it can keep a lock on it. With this in mind, the Adapted Destroyer is perhaps best suited to a "Beam Escort" type build, utilizing Dual Beam Banks and Beam Arrays to cover as broad a front as possible, with Sensor Analysis making up for the reduced hitting power.
 Standard configuration
These starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.
This vessel come with built-in abilities.
The Sensor Analysis passive ability grants the player a stacking damage bonus against a single target whilst the player maintains target lock on an enemy. Once the player switches targets the bonus is reset.
