Ultra Rare version can be acquired from Fleet Embassies with unlocked Recruitment Facilities (Kit Module Mark depends on the level of the said facilities).

Plasma Grenade
Plasma Grenade throws a grenade at the target. The grenade explodes on contact, dealing area of effect kinetic damage and plasma damage over time. It is possible for the target to move away from the blast radius while the grenade is in transit. A burning plasma fire lingers in the explosion area, damaging anyone that enters. Damage from the initial explosion and the plasma fire partially ignores shields.
